Delete Your GoMoon Account

Delete From The Mobile App

If you can sign in, open the GoMoon mobile app and go to Account, then tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to permanently remove your GoMoon login and delete or anonymize profile, onboarding, and app preference data.

Request Deletion Outside The App

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address on your GoMoon account and ask us to delete your account.

Please include the email address on your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the deletion request.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your Supabase Auth login and deletes or anonymizes GoMoon app data tied to your account, including profile fields, onboarding answers, and app preferences.

We may retain billing, transaction, security, and legal records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your GoMoon account does not automatically cancel active App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other external subscriptions. To stop future renewal, cancel the subscription through the store, billing portal, or provider where it was purchased.
